ALBERT HOTEL is hiring for a Houseperson.

An urban oasis, tucked away off of Main Street in the heart of Fredericksburg, TX, Albert Hotel offers a peaceful yet sophisticated luxury experience in Texas's famed Hill Country. Opened in January 2025, the property features 105 thoughtfully appointed guest rooms and suites, along with uniquely designed bunk rooms and a private house with custom furnishings, locally-curated amenities, and thoughtful touches.

With the guest experience in mind, Albert's elevated amenities include a sunken limestone pool featuring an outdoor bar and cabanas, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a 2,000-square-foot full-service spa. Additionally, the property is home to four on-site culinary outlets, including The Wellhouse and Junebug's BBQ.

Albert boasts 3,600-square-foot of semi-open air event space, a 1,200-square-foot mezzanine deck, and an expansive event lawn, making it a prime destination for weddings, private events, and intimate gatherings.

Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities to ensure adequate supplies in accordance with established par levels and timeframes

Replenish housekeeping carts throughout the shift with all necessary supplies

Remove linen and trash from all vacated guest rooms proper to room attendant service

Maintain guest corridor and back of house cleanliness throughout the shift

Assist in the timely completion of all projects including mattress rotation, window washing, deep cleanings, etc.

Assist in the implementation of special projects

Possess knowledge of all guest services and amenities

Ensure immediate response is given to guest comments and concerns; inform immediate supervisor and apply corrective measures when necessary

Maintain a high level of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the work area

You have a high school diploma or general education degree preferred.

Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience preferred.

You can interpret standard operating procedures, safety, and sanitation instructions.
