Job Description Physical Therapy Solutions is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals through evidence-based care while building meaningful relationships with patients and coworkers. Develop measurable, patient-centered goals and evidence-based plans of care.

Deliver high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy services to patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, and other evidence-based interventions.

Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record.

Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation technicians in accordance with Virginia practice standards and company policies.

Collaborate with physicians, case managers, insurance providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative clinic environment.

Qualifications Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.

Current or eligible for Virginia Physical Therapist licensure.

Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate, individualized care.

Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and an exceptional patient experience.
