Brand: We are seeking a skilled and personable Event Bartender to join our Constellation events team in Philadelphia, PA. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional beverage service at various events.
Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar.
Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.
Performing food service as needed.
Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with guests, team members, and event managers.
Ability to perform well in fast-paced, dynamic event environments.
Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.
Experience: At least one year of food service experience in catering, banquets, fine dining, or a high-volume restaurant setting.
Knowledge: Familiarity with formal dining etiquette and event service techniques.
