Follow recipes, portion controls, pars, and presentation specifics as set by kitchen management

Execute prep tasks from start to finish.

Work collaboratively with heart of house staff and front of house staff

Maintain cleanliness of all heart of house work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas

Participate in deep cleaning of heart of house work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas

Restock items as needed throughout the shift

Conform to Department of Health requirements to run an A-level kitchen

Minimum of two years of culinary experience; luxury hotel and/or high-volume restaurant experience preferred

Current Food Handler's Card Required (within 30 Days of Hire)

Working knowledge of professional cooking techniques, knife skills, food safety, and sanitation practices

Ability to follow recipes with minimal supervision while maintaining consistency and quality

Ability to communicate effectively in English

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
