Human Resources Manager

The Human Resource Manager and Benefit Specialist is responsible for overseeing HR operations, compliance, talent management, and benefits administration, ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, HR expertise, and a deep understanding of employee benefits.

Human Resources Management

Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.

Partner with senior leadership to develop HR policies and procedures.

Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR policies and workplace best practices, including leadership training and professional growth.

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental/vision insurance, and leave policies.

Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits questions, claims, and enrollment processes.

HR Compliance & Reporting

Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, benefits documentation, and compliance reports.

Talent & Performance Management

Support recruitment and hiring efforts, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Manage performance review processes and assist managers with employee development plans.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in HR leadership roles.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

Proven ability to drive organizational change and employee engagement.

HR certification (e.g., Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and benefits regulations.

Experience managing employee benefits programs and HR compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
