The listed pay range or pay rate reflects compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. part-time).

Identifies patient's problems, strengths, weaknesses, coping skills and assistance needed, in collaborations with the patient, family and interdisciplinary treatment team.

Uses medical and mental health diagnoses, disabilities and treatment procedures, to include acute, chronic and traumatic illnesses/injuries, common medications and their effects/side effects.

Implements treatment modalities in working with individuals, families and groups who are experiencing a variety of psychiatric, medical and social problems to achieve treatment goals.

Represents the patient's needs and rights to providers and community in a variety of settings.

Provides crisis intervention and case management as needed.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.

One year clinical experience in social work.
