Plant Merchandiser of Garden Center

Headquartered in sunny Miami, Florida, Pure Beauty supplies the Southeast United States as well as neighboring Islands with annuals, perennials, succulents, mums, poinsettias, Tropicals and roses. We are a family-owned business with growing locations in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. * We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Garden Center Merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of garden center products on behalf of Pure Beauty Farms. This will include: placing, organizing, caring for and merchandising a variety of live good plants. Exhibit high levels of productivity and accuracy while merchandising products in the stores.

• Provide excellent customer service to stores and our consumers.
• Perform weekly inventory counts
• Must water plants daily
• Unload racks, build attractive displays on Garden Center tables, according to plan-o-gram
• Bring rolling racks into garden center to stock displays

Full-time - flexibility to work extra time and/or weekends and holidays as needed.

• Must be tech savvy as you will need to use our HRIS system and a clock in system.
• Must be able to move items on or near floor level and overhead.
• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to be flexible and responsive to provide the highest quality of service to internal and external customers.
• Must be able to travel between locations in own vehicle and be able to pass our MVR driving test

-Travel Requirement:

• Minimal travel may be required for training or occasional support at various locations.
