Description
Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting tailored treatment plans
Implement physical therapy interventions that emphasize mobility, strength, balance, and functional recovery
Work alongside nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient outcomes
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and home exercise plans
Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress following facility protocols and regulatory standards
Engage in care team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to maintain coordinated patient care
Education
~ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from a recognized program

Certifications
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification preferred
Specialized training (e.g., neurological, geriatric) is advantageous but not mandatory
Skills
Strong preference for candidates with prior experience
