Temp/Travel -Registered Nurse (RN) HOME HEALTH (Nights)

Overview Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry in Concord, New Hampshire. This is a 13-week travel assignment starting 09/20/2026 in a hospital setting, with a weekly pay range of $2,189 to $2,265 and guaranteed hours of 36 per week. The shift is 12-hour nights on a 12x3 schedule. The assignment may involve float to nearby facilities in the area as needed.

Setting: inpatient hospital travel assignment

Responsibilities Provide direct patient care as a Telemetry RN, including monitoring cardiac rhythms and hemodynamics for adult patients

Interpret telemetry strips, identify dysrhythmias, and respond promptly to abnormal findings and alarms

Administer medications and IV therapies per orders; document accurately in the EMR (Cerner experience is preferred)

Collaborate with the care team to implement care plans, update progress notes, and elevate concerns to the physician as needed

Perform ongoing patient assessments, monitor vitals, and ensure safety and quality standards; contribute to care coordination during shifts

May be requested to float to related units or affiliated facilities in the area; maintain compliance with unit standards and acuity guidelines

Requirements Active NH or Compact RN license required at submission; 2+ years of Telemetry experience preferred; open to Critical Care RNs if comfortable with med-surg ratios and acuity

NURSYS license verification for all active RN licenses

Resume must be up to date and include 2+ years of experience in the specialty and any travel experience; will also need documentation of travel experience

Ability to work in a hospital setting as a travel RN; Cerner EMR experience is preferred but not required

Competitive weekly pay within the stated range
