Schedule: Sunday Thursday, Tuesday Saturday, or Monday Friday
Contract: 13 weeks
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Salinas, CA. This role is in a skilled nursing facility setting and is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.
Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Complete accurate documentation in Net Health per facility standards
Support patient-centered rehabilitation and recovery goals
Float to a nearby sister facility within walking distance if needed
Active California Physical Therapist license required
Newer therapists with 0 1 year of experience may be considered
Flexible and collaborative mindset required
Ability to work Sunday Thursday, Tuesday Saturday, or Monday Friday schedule
