Analyze and provide reports on budget performance and other purchasing related topics.Provide analysis on data including but not limited to option take rates, plan frequency, and margin projections.Track and report insurance, rebate/incentive, and Master Trade Partner agreement compliancePerform other duties as required to support the purchasing department.Minimum Qualifications:Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant job experience required.Computer literacy with experience with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.Experience with an ERP-type software (i.e., Ability to do numerical analysis and prior work experience in performing such tasks.Preferred Experience and Qualifications:Strong data management/analysis preferred.Previous experience in construction or procurement preferred.No person will be discriminated against in employment because of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, genetic information, military status, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal or state law.
