Urgently Hiring Hospital Phlebotomists

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II - Float at Ocala, FL! This is a 3+ months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.
Role: Phlebotomist II - Float
Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM + rotational Saturdays
Start Date: ASAP
Floaters are eligible to submit mileage for expense reimbursement.

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections accurately and safely.
Verify patient identity and demographic information prior to specimen collection.
Ensure specimens are properly labeled and documented.
Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and transport.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
1–3 years of recent phlebotomy experience required.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
