Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) North Carolina (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Ability to start full-time from the outset based on current staffing needs
