MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital (MYMH) is home to a 15-bed Level III NICU serving as the regional perinatal center for Yakima County and several surrounding counties.
Only Level III NICU within a 70-mile radius, providing indispensable support to multiple rural and critical access hospitals.
Currently offering conventional mechanical ventilation and bubble CPAP.
Clinical capabilities to include EEG monitoring and cooling, with continued program development.
Diverse patient population with a broad range of acuity and unique regional pathology.
Long-standing referral pathways with major children's hospitals across Washington: Mary Bridge Children's Hospital (Tacoma), Seattle Children's Hospital, and Sacred Heart Children's (Spokane).
Growing team of 5 providers, with strong physician and NNP support.
Weekly case conferences with higher-acuity practices across the MultiCare network.
Fully in-house model, no call from home.
Approximately 7 shifts per month, with 20+ days off per month, supporting an exceptional work-life balance.

Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following:

NOTE: Team members at least 21 years old and are active full-time or part-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire. Team members who meet the plan's minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time, and contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.
Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lump-sum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year.
