Step into our store and surround yourself with the irresistible scents of hand-mixed spice blends, premium loose-leaf teas, and gourmet seasonings from around the world. As a Sales Associate, you'll help create a warm, inviting shopping experience while sharing your love of food and flavor.
Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations.
Assist with store displays, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
Cross-train to help with blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products.
Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
A passion for food, flavor, and making others feel welcome.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic technology.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation: $15.15 - $16.50 per hour
