Finance Department Bookkeeper

Concord Tax Solutions is looking for a bilingual Bookkeeper with proven experience to join our team. Concord Tax Solutions
We're a tax, accounting, and financial advisory firm serving primarily the Latino business community in North Carolina. We provide bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and strategic advisory services to our clients.
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet and P&L)
- Communicate directly with clients to resolve questions about their finances
- Support payroll processing as needed
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), spoken and written required. If you are not fully bilingual, please do not apply.
- Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable bookkeeping experience, including bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)
- Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
- Prior experience at an accounting or tax firm
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. Only fully bilingual candidates with a minimum of 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience will be considered.
