Located in our Columbia, MO office, you will be a Maintenance Technician. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, assembling, testing, and maintaining complex heavy industrial equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance, repair industrial equipment, address safety concerns, and ensure the overall upkeep of the facility.

Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

Repair or replace defective equipment components to minimize downtime.

Suggest and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, motors, control panels, and PLC systems.

Operate machine tools such as lathes, grinders, and welding equipment to fabricate or repair components.

2–3 years of technical degree in Maintenance preferred; Previous experience, with a strong background in industrial maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and basic PLC troubleshooting.

Proficiency in reading schematics and working with hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and equipment installation.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
