What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive care to neonates in a Level III NICU, including those requiring complex respiratory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and infectious disease management
Administer medications using EPIC and Pyxis systems, including IV vasopressors, surfactants, and steroids
Manage specialized procedures such as arterial line care, central line maintenance, and neonatal abstinence syndrome interventions
Oversee ventilator settings and respiratory support devices (e.g., CPAP, BIPAP, PEEP)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver family-centered care
Document all patient care activities accurately and timely
Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and families using SBAR
What You Need
Required:

Valid Ohio RN license
BLS and NRP certifications
Experience in NICU Level III or IV settings
Proficiency in respiratory management and IV therapy
Ability to interpret cardiovascular rhythms and manage complex neonatal conditions
Preferred:
Prior experience at Nationwide Children's Hospital or similar high-acuity NICU
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
