As a Front Desk Agent , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Respond knowledgeably to guest questions about hotel services, local attractions, events, and entertainment options, offering helpful recommendations.

Reservation Management: Handle future and same-day reservations, accommodating walk-ins with professionalism and attention to detail.

Financial Transactions: Process payments and manage charges accurately, handling all cash transactions with integrity.

Safety & Security: Assist guests with using safety deposit boxes, ensuring the confidentiality and security of their belongings.

Complete all Front Desk reports accurately and maintain proper documentation.
