Manufacturing EngineerWe're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve clean-room manufacturing processes for medical device products. This is a highly hands-on role where you'll work directly on the production floor to solve problems, optimize processes, and drive measurable improvements in performance and quality.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, and throughputTroubleshoot production issues in real time and implement sustainable solutionsLead or support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, DOE, and data analysisReduce scrap and improve efficiency through process, tooling, and equipment improvementsPartner cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Engineering teamsSupport validations, FMEAs, CAPA activities, and process documentationMust-Have Qualifications:Manufacturing engineering experience (3-5 years)Experience in a regulated environment (medical device, pharma, or similar)Hands-on troubleshooting and process improvement experienceFamiliarity with Lean / continuous improvement methodologiesNice-to-Have Qualifications:Clean-room manufacturing experienceDOE, FMEA, CAPA experienceKnowledge of FDA/ISO regulations (21 CFR Part 820)Why Join Us:Make a real impact producing life-saving medical devicesHands-on role with direct influence on quality, yield, and production performanceHigh visibility with leadership in a collaborative team of ~12Performance-driven culture with bonus incentivesTight-knit team with strong collaboration and supportJob Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
