Starting Pay for this role - $22.15/hour to $27.69/hour, actual starting pay will depend on experience Position is overtime eligible and incentive eligible

As a Member Service Representative II, you'll serve as a trusted financial partner to our members by identifying their needs and recommending products and services that support their financial goals. This is a highly engaging role that combines relationship building, financial wellness coaching, lending, business development, and consultative sales.

As a Member Service Representative II your key responsibilities will include:

• Use a consultative approach to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell and refer credit union products and services, including loans and credit cards.
• Support lending goals and ensure accurate loan documentation.
• Serve as a lead trainer for new hires and support regional financial centers.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with all operational and regulatory standards.
