Pay & Benefits
Compensation: $525,000 - $625,000 annually (base; RVU model with guaranteed salary for first 2 years)
Sign-on bonus: $50,000
Relocation assistance: Up to $15,000

What You ll Do
Provide full-spectrum hematology and oncology care, including outpatient and inpatient services
Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including full-time AP support and peer consults with MD Anderson
Manage approximately 30% hematology and 70% solid tumors cases
Participate in patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care
Support regional satellite clinics occasional travel may be required
Engage in teaching and academic activities with Central Michigan University s College of Medicine
Contribute to innovative cancer programs utilizing cutting-edge diagnostics and treatments
What You Need
Medical degree (MD/DO)
Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology or actively pursuing certification
Active Michigan medical license or eligibility
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
Experience in comprehensive hematology/oncology practice
Interest in academic and research collaborations
