Registered Nurse for Hospice Care

Sora Resource Group LLC

Sora Resource Group is seeking an experienced Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse to serve the Dallas–Fort Worth market. The RN will assess patients for hospice eligibility, explain services, complete admissions, and coordinate a smooth transition into hospice care.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of hospice nursing, strong understanding of Medicare eligibility and admission processes, and excellent communication with patients, families, and the care team.
