Immigration Law Attorneys

Responsibilities Manage a high-volume caseload involving family-based and/or employment-based immigration matters.

Prepare, review, and oversee immigration petitions, applications, supporting documentation, and related filings.

Monitor case progress, deadlines, and filing requirements.

Communicate with clients, explain legal processes, and provide case updates.

Conduct legal research and help resolve case-specific issues.

Collaborate with the team to keep cases organized and moving efficiently.

Qualifications Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience.

Active bar license in any U.S. state.

Experience with family-based and/or employment-based immigration matters.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Willingness to collaborate and assist the team as needed.

Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
