Groundskeeper- Part time flexible hours!

We currently have an opening for Full-Time Groundskeeper for our property Arrowhead Apartments , located in Grand Rapids , MI . As the Groundskeeper you will be responsible for preparing the units for move-in, general upkeep and cleanliness of a section of the apartment community, including parking lot, grounds surrounding the buildings, corridors, stairwells, laundry rooms, mechanical rooms, and sprinkler systems.

Responsible for the timely upkeep of grounds, landscaping and parking lots

Assists in preparing units for move-in

Assist with snow removal and salting on sidewalks and entry ways

Provide a high level of customer service to residents

High school Diploma or GED

Maintain a high level of customer service

Previous grounds or landscaping experience preferred

Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
