Job Description
Title: Hospice Registered Nurse
Schedule:

• Shift: 5:00 PM - 8:30 AM
• Flexible Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Will consider 4/10s

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in hospice
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record and reliable transportation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Appropriately handle calls either by phone or with home or facility visits when necessary or requested.
• Provide education and emotional support for patients and families.
• Electronically communicate all activity upon completion of on-call shifts.
• Document pertinent calls and visits electronically.
