Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist in Monroe, New York.
Outpatient general dentistry role focused on bread-and-butter dental procedures
- Structured patient volume model averaging 13–15 patients daily
- Flexible shift structure allowing 8, 10, or 11-hour scheduling options
- Compensation: $100 – $120 per hour
- Discretionary incentive bonus structure
- Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- One Sunday monthly: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexible 8, 10, or 11-hour shift options
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
- Deliver preventative and restorative dental care
- Collaborate with full support staff within structured outpatient setting
- Exercise autonomy in clinical decision-making while maintaining quality patient care
Outpatient dental clinic setting
- Full clinical and administrative support staff provided
- Mission-driven patient care environment
- Structured workflows supporting provider efficiency
