Full Time night and weekend crew members

We have immediate positions available for daytime and nighttime weekend team members.Being a Mr. Shawarma team member includes all of the following (and more):Customer service - Team members must be friendly and professional towards customers and each other. Exceptional customer service and a healthy working atmosphere at all times.Food prep - every team member is properly trained in every aspect of food prep in our restaurant.Preparing recipes - every team member is properly trained on how to make every food item per approved recipes. Freshness and quality above everything.Register operation - every team member is trained on how to work the register, take accurate orders, and handle money transactions.Cleaning - every team member is trained on how to keep our restaurant clean and safe for our guests as well as other team members.Essential functions:To interact with customers using amazing customer serviceTo follow all safety and security policies set by the restaurantTo assemble and serve fresh food prepared to Mr. Shawarma standardsTo use sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.To follow the recipes and use the correct measurements while preparing foodTo clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the restaurantTo follow the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders and accurately handling payment transactionsTo comply with the Mr. Shawarma uniform and personal hygiene policiesTo follow all the procedures and policies in regards to each equipment in the restaurantTo perform any additional tasks necessary to run the restaurant.Join the most fun kitchen in town today!Working conditions:Most shifts are between six to eight hours but this may varySome early mornings on weekends, late evenings on weekends, weekends only, and/or holiday hoursTo be comfortable with a high level of changeTo be prepared to adjust to temperature changes in the kitchenPay structure & benefits:Pay frequency - twice a monthPay rate - up to $15/hr based on experience and availabilityTeam building eventsOpportunity to growRaises based on performance every 6 monthsPaid vacations for full time team managersRequirements:Required experience & knowledge:Legally able to work within the state and federal guidelinesFood handler's card is requiredGreat customer service, ability to work as a teamExperience is a plus but not requiredPhysical requirements:Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shiftBending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds to perform duties like stocking, taking out trash, etc.Constant face to face interactions with crew members and customers (with all the necessary COVID requirements & precautions)Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environmentAbility to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditionsSupplemental pay:TipsBonus pay
