Executive Assistant
Walton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as an Executive Assistant. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, expenses, communications, and follow-up with strong organization, discretion, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
The Executive Assistant provides administrative, scheduling, travel, and workflow support to an assigned executive. This role helps the executive stay focused on priorities by managing calendars, coordinating meetings and materials, tracking follow-up, and supporting day-to-day operational needs. You will provide day-to-day executive support by coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, materials, communications, and follow-up while maintaining organized systems and protecting confidential information.

Proactively manage complex calendars across professional and personal commitments for the assigned executive. Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, notes, and follow-up to support timely decision-making and accountability.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, logistics, and related briefing materials.
Serve as a coordination point between the assigned executive, department team members, and key stakeholders.
Maintain tracking systems for meetings, priorities, decisions, action items, documents, and follow-up.
Attend meetings taking notes and preparing briefing documents, decision trackers, reports, summaries, and correspondence as requested.
Support meeting and event coordination in partnership with internal teams, vendors, and accounting.
Maintain contact records, digital files, and document organization while protecting confidential information.
Strong calendar, travel, meeting, and administrative coordination skills.
Confident and creative thinker who can quickly identify the end goal and who possesses the initiative and experience to achieve the desired result.
Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word and PowerPoint with good working knowledge of Excel), Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
Expense tracking, document management, and process coordination skills.
Bachelor's degree is preferred; 5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, project coordination, or related administrative support.
Experience coordinating executive calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, materials, and follow-up.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related productivity tools.
