The Technical Sourcer plays a vital role in our recruitment efforts, directly influencing Hermeus' ability to attract and hire top-tier talent. As a key member of our recruiting team, you’ll help shape the company’s talent strategy during a period of rapid growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with recruiters and engineering leaders to define and meet hiring needs. You’ll have the autonomy, tools, and support to execute our strategy and help build a world-class team at Hermeus.We’re seeking a Technical Sourcer who can own the entire sourcing process and is excited to make a meaningful impact within a small, fast-moving team.Responsibilities:Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, continuous process improvement, process automation, and candidate managementConduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratiosEngage passive candidates using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referral and campaignsEnsure a positive candidate experience at every touchpointBuild talent maps to generate market insights to inform your engagement strategyRepresent the company's brand and recruiting team internally and externallyLeverage internal resources to build strategy around selling our value propositionQualifications:Over 3 years of experience sourcing top-tier talent for technical roles2+ years of experience interacting with internal stakeholders, including collaborating with Hiring Managers and Directors to gather requirements, review candidate profiles, and provide regular updates on pipeline progressWell-connected within the new space hardware engineering talent communitiesProven ability to take a consultative approach, delivering improved hiring outcomes, enhancing candidate experience, and earning the trust of peers and internal stakeholdersStrong grasp of the technical skills and qualifications required for engineering roles across the businessSkilled in communicating clearly with candidates to understand their motivations, career goals, and organizational fitExperienced in managing multiple candidate pipelines and tracking their progress throughout the recruitment lifecycleSelf-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision$90,000 - $130,000 a yearThe salary information provided is a general guideline only.
