Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast-changing, high-growth technology environment.Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Assess and set-up production infrastructure and production process flow set-up.Manage NPI introduction process and production documentation management to include:WO BOM ValidationShop Floor Control System RoutingProduction flow diagrams, work instructions, pack out instructions, and similar.Assess, document and communicate all production floor and/or customer driven changesCoordinate ECN phase in/cut in processControl ECN/ECO DocumentationControl Manufacturing Notice DocumentationUpdate all applicable work instructionsResponsible for production training in the areas of NPI, ongoing KPI's and ECN's.Provide detailed status reports to internal core team managers, and when applicable, our customers.Meet with production managers to ensure processes are followed and of and will collaborate with them to adjust accordingly and make all necessary improvements.Perform risk assessments to determine what kind of improvements could be made to keep the facility running smoothly and efficiently.Responsible for reviewing safety and quality standards to ensure the manufacturing environment is properly meeting these guidelines.Experience working on complex problems where analysis or data requires evaluation and identifiable factors and interacting with leadership on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.Guide the completion of projects and conduct technical tasks and/or set specific technical strategy and direction for self and/or others.Education and Work ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineeringStrong background in manufacturing processes, process improvement, and operational optimization.
