Develop innovative litigation strategies based on in-depth legal research

Collaborate with case managers and legal assistants to build strong casesMaintain organized, timely, and compliant case records and deadlines

A licensed attorney in U.Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)

Based in New Jersey with the ability to appear in person for court, client meetings, ICE presentations in NJ, NY and PA

A strong writer, confident litigator, and tireless advocate
