Head of Business Planning

We partner across service, operations, technology and finance teams to ensure the organization is effectively resourced to meet evolving client and business needs.This is an individual contributor role where you will serve as a workforce planning professional and strategic business partner supporting demand forecasting, staffing, capacity planning and workforce planning activities across Advisor Services. Assignments may vary based on business priorities, requiring flexibility to support long-term demand planning, short-term demand planning, staff supply planning or integrated workforce planning initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders and workforce planning partners to evaluate business trends, operational drivers, workforce needs and staffing implications. Through analytical insights, forecasting expertise, and scenario modeling, you will help leaders make informed workforce decisions that support client, employee and business outcomes.
