Physical Therapist - Long Island, NY Job Position Details

Job Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist:
Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth - 21 years in a natural setting.
Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings.
Follow the unique therapy plan established for a family/child, plan for ongoing treatment and address identified goals while documenting progress.
Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA, state and federal regulations). Requirements for a Physical Therapist:

• Must have a passion for working with children and families!
• NYS Licensed Physical Therapist
• 1-2 years of experience working with children birth-5 is preferred but not necessary.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus!

Starting Rate : Evaluations $130.00 - $250.00 / hourly $60.00-$70.00
Compensation is determined based on experience and education and will be discussed during the Physical Therapist Job interview process.
