HR - Recruiting - Talent Sourcer

The Talent Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the recruitment process by providing administrative and logistical support to the Supervisors and Managers, while delivering excellent customer service to the internal team and candidates.This position works collaboratively with BellStores Managers and Supervisors to source new team members.The role also supports Campbell Oil Managers to source and screen new team members.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintain external job boards with current job postings

Promote job postings to source and screen qualified applicants

Full-cycle recruiting support of Campbell Oil team members

Recruiting support for store management team members

Administer pre-employment hiring requirements

Complete bi-weekly reporting requirements

Complete quarterly turnover reporting

Work cooperatively with Store Operations on store openings or other in-store hiring events

Provide general support for the HR team

Required Skills/Abilities:

Attention to detail and ability to stay organized

Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities

Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Office products

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field

1-2 years of recruiting experience is preferred but not required
