As a member of our environmental team, look at what benefits you can enjoy:Work today, get paid today!Monthly celebrations and recognitionsUp to $5,000 in tuition reimbursementMedical, dental and vision401K opportunities after 1 yearQuarterly education bonus programResponsibilitiesThe Housekeepers primary responsibility will provide a full range of housekeeping services to maintain the grounds, furnishings, equipment and facility.Maintain cleaning schedules for assigned areaCoordinating routine/terminal isolation procedures with Nursing ServicesMaintain knowledge of safety regulations, policies and procedures and following the established safety procedures and precautionsReporting all unsafe/hazardous conditions, defective equipment, etc. to supervisor immediatelyHonoring the residents' personal and property rightsFiling complaints/grievances with supervisor in a timely fashionQualificationsHousekeeper requirements/qualifications:Housekeeper must have a thorough understanding of the principles of safe effective housekeeping practices within the State of employment.Have the ability to be a team player to partner with other departmentsA high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not requiredThe ability to read, write, speak and understand the English languageMust be able to lift, push, pull and move equipment, supplies, etc in excess of 50 lbsMust be able to do constant walking, bending, lifting and standing for long periods during a scheduled shift
