Program Coordinator
Our client is a global leader in creative software, offering innovative tools for digital media creation, design, and marketing.

Liaise with internal stakeholders relative to ongoing engagement and activities, including GWS, Events, Talent Development, Site Councils, Legal, D&I, Safety and Security and Employee Resource Center.

Participate in collecting and evaluating data to identify program opportunities, impacts, and measurable performance standards.

Document, update and maintain all program collateral, both internal and external.

Answer and resolve escalations or requests for policy interpretation from vendors or internal client‑facing roles.

Collect content for quarterly toolkits for U.Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to implementation.

Strong project management, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize work and execute many projects and tasks in parallel.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Comfortable working across multiple worldwide time zones via email and video.

Proficiency with HR systems (preferably Workday, ServiceNow) and case‑management tracking solutions.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Bachelor’s Degree and/or other evidence of exceptional ability.

5+ years’ experience effectively managing communications, engagement, and onsite event activities.

Compensation details listed reflect the base hourly rate. Full‑time roles are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter and 401K benefits with company matching.
