Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils

Maintain a clean and organized dish area throughout the shift

Support the kitchen team with food prep tasks as needed

Take out trash, sweep and mop floors, and keep back-of-house areas sanitary

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Communicate supply and equipment needs to kitchen leadership

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus — but not required

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
