You will lead standardization across projects, mentor engineers, and drive root-cause analysis activities while ensuring consistency in testing procedures.
This role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Signal Integrity within a high-speed electrical test environment. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree.
