Physical Therapist Full Time Rehab Clinic

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist for a full-time position at OrthoSport PT , located in scenic California City, California . This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in an onsite outpatient setting, focusing on the rehabilitation of individuals dealing with orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. Our orthopedic physical therapist will be instrumental in enhancing patients' mobility and overall quality of life through evidence-based practices.

The therapy will take place primarily in an onsite outpatient facility, allowing for hands-on patient interaction and direct treatment. The clinic offers a supportive atmosphere where therapists collaborate as a team while accessing state-of-the-art equipment and therapeutic modalities to enhance treatment efficacy. Our schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM , promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, goals, and medical history.

Administer various therapeutic modalities, including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and manual techniques, to facilitate recovery.

Design and implement effective exercise programs that promote strength, flexibility, and rehabilitation.

Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in discharge planning and case management to ensure comprehensive care continuity.

This role primarily involves working with patients suffering from orthopedic conditions , including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, joint pain, and chronic pain syndromes. The therapist will be tasked with restoring functionality in activities of daily living for clients of diverse ages and backgrounds, focusing on both acute care and preventative strategies to enhance long-term health.

A valid California Physical Therapist License is required upon hire.

Completion of an accredited Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree program in Physical Therapy.

Preferred candidates will have a strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation, familiarity with EMR systems for documentation, and experience utilizing evidence-based practice guidelines . manual therapy, sports rehabilitation) are a plus.
