Operates cleaning equipment such as buffer, burnisher, pressure washer, wet vac, shampoo and scrubbing machine. Strips, waxes, and buffs floors to maintain cleanliness of the buildings. Cleans restrooms and restocks paper and soap. Sweeps, mops, dusts, washes windows, vacuums carpets, polishes wood/metal, disinfects rooms and removes trash from building. Maintains daily record of cleaning supplies used in assigned area. Cleans and performs routine maintenance to custodial equipment. Maintains and organizes inventory of cleaning supplies in the custodial closet. Reports maintenance problems in assigned building to supervisor.
