Manufacturing Engineer Location: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations, process improvements, and equipment optimization in a dynamic production environment. The role requires strong engineering fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Lead and execute manufacturing engineering projects and technical initiatives
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective solution
Evaluate process, equipment, and system impacts when making changes
Collaborate with operators, technicians, and cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performances
Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
Spend significant time on the manufacturing floor supporting production activities
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Software, or related Engineering field
- 0–5 years of engineering experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Manufacturing internship or production environment experience preferred
