PATH Enterprises is seeking candidates passionate about helping others make a positive change in their lives to join our PATH Enterprises team as the Janitor at the Flor 401 office.

PATH Enterprises is a statewide leader in the development of affordable and supportive housing communities. Recognizing that homelessness is fundamentally a housing issue, PATH, one of the largest homeless services providers in California, created PATH Ventures in 2007. Since its creation, PATH Ventures has completed 27 residential projects and is on track to have a total of 44 residential communities in the next several years.

As part of the PATH Enterprises team, the Janitor under the supervision of the Resident Manager, is responsible for a wide variety of janitorial duties.

Responsible for the upkeep of the facility this includes maintaining the grounds and buildings. Performs initial clean up and final detailed cleaning of apartment unit turnovers, including but not limited to: refrigerators, and range/ovens; doors and windows; Inspect assigned facilities for compliance with Safety Standards. Maintain neat, clean and organized areas including maintenance shop and storage areas. Immediately remove graffiti without delay.

Must use pressure washer to thoroughly clean sidewalks, garbage dumpster areas, garage and parking structures on a consistent schedule.

Remain on-call per scheduled rotation

Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail: Gather and interpret data, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision-making. Ability to consistently produce high-quality work, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Work effectively with others, seeking out and building positive working relationships with colleagues, participants, and stakeholders. Convey information clearly and effectively (both verbally and in writing) to individuals and groups in a manner that informs, engages and maintains their attention.

High school diploma or GED certificate.

Two (2) years of multi-family apartment janitorial experience.

Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training

Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties

We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
