As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Float/Flex Team, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery while presenting a positive attitude and being reliable. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. To thrive in this vital role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others. Conducts care assessments and interprets assessment data to determine care needs and constraints in meeting these needs.
Successfully completes system-based and hospital specific competencies.
Maintains accurate documentation of observations, treatments, teaching, medications, care given, patient response, and integrates into plan of care.
In collaboration with patients and families (as defined by the patient) the Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating, planning, directing and administering care to the patient. Implements plan of care based upon established standards of care/practice, policies, and procedures, incorporating cultural, religious, psychosocial, physical, and age-related issues.
