Head of Market Management

The Market Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, profitability, and strategic direction of the lawn care and chemical services across multiple branches.
Bachelor’s degree in business management, horticulture, or a related field or equivalent experience isrequired.

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software, CRM systems, and inventory management tools.
Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
Strong knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the lawn care and chemical services industry.
Supervise the management of daily field operations, ensuring all services are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of branch/operational managers to ensure they meet performance and quality goals.
Oversee the management of scheduling, ensuringoptimalroute planning and resourceutilizationto maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.
Responsible formanagement ofbranch inventory (chemicals, tools, and equipment).
Monitor service delivery to ensure that customer expectations are met, resolve service issues promptly, and ensurehigh levelsof customer satisfaction.
Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Report performance results to senior management and implement correctiveactionsas necessary.
Ensure that the company adheres to all local, state, and federal regulationsregardingpesticide use, chemical application, and worker safety. Manage audits and inspections tomaintaincompliance.
