Current LPN or RN license, or applicable temporary nursing license
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Dependable, compassionate, and committed to quality resident care
Ability to work effectively as part of a nursing team
Completing electronic documentation and resident assessments
Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to physicians and responsible parties as necessary
Providing wound care
Following resident care plans, nursing standards, and facility policies
Communicating effectively with residents, families, providers, and members of the interdisciplinary care team
Assisting with additional nursing duties as needed to support quality resident care
