Day Shift - 4x10 Hour Schedule (06:30 AM - 05:00 PM)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology (IR) and possess the skills necessary to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide patient care in the Cath Lab and IR settings.
Administer conscious sedation and monitor patients during procedures.
Utilize Cerner EMR for charting and patient documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV Teams, Radiology, and Pharmacy.
Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting required.
Certification in ACLS and BCLS is required.
Experience with conscious sedation and patient monitoring.
Familiarity with Cerner EMR system is necessary.
COVID-19 vaccination is required (exemptions accepted for medical or religious reasons).
Work Schedule
On-call requirements: 1 week on, 3 weeks off.
Weekend requirements to be discussed during the interview.
Patient Care Details
Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics.
Total Staffed Beds: 223.
Unit includes 4 procedure rooms with a focus on cardiac and interventional procedures.

Additional Information
The position is open to local candidates who reside within a 75-100 mile radius of the facility. New graduates will be considered if they have relevant experience.
