Description: Job Title : Painter - Manufacturing Shift: 2nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm + OT Location: Elk Grove Village Pay: $20hr; based on experience Responsibilities: Prepare metal parts and surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting materials. Apply paint, primer, and protective coatings using spray guns and other painting equipment. Ensure finished products meet quality standards for appearance and coverage. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of painting equipment and work area. Follow safety procedures, including proper handling of paints, chemicals, and PPE. Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals. Qualifications: Previous experience as an Industrial Painter or in a manufacturing painting environment preferred. Experience with spray painting equipment and surface preparation. Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
