This is a highly visible role where you'll work side-by-side with company leadership, helping shape growth strategy, influence key decisions, and drive business performance.

You'll have the autonomy to create programs, test new ideas, optimize the customer journey, and implement scalable growth initiatives that directly impact revenue.

You'll oversee critical growth channels and customer lifecycle initiatives, giving you direct ownership over some of the company's most important revenue-driving metrics.

Full DTC growth strategy across the customer lifecycle

Shopify revenue growth and customer experience optimization

Email and SMS marketing strategy and performance

Customer lifetime value and repeat purchase initiatives

Cross-functional collaboration across creative, customer experience, operations, and paid media teams

Experimentation, testing, reporting, and growth analytics

Experience scaling high-growth DTC brands

Strong subscription and retention marketing experience

Success driving customer lifecycle and revenue growth initiatives
