RN Weekend Emergency (Full Time/Nights)

Registered Nurse
Pay: $39.75-$47.56 per hour
Schedule: Part-time (24 hours per week) Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (every other weekend)
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a meaningful role where your skills directly contribute to patient recovery? At Recovery Centers of America (RCA), we prioritize personalized, evidence-based treatment to help individuals overcome substance use disorders. As an addiction recovery RN at RCA, you will:

Provide individualized care by conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing tailored care plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and case managers, to coordinate holistic patient care.
Educate patients and families on addiction recovery processes and effective self-care strategies.
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, confidential documentation.
Foster a safe and supportive environment that respects the dignity and diversity of all individuals.
An active RN license in New Jersey
A minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, or related fields (preferred).
Strong clinical judgment and the capacity to manage medical and behavioral health emergencies effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to compassionate patient care.
